BRAND NEW WEDDING DRESS WITH TAGS STILL ON IT

I bought my dress from Davids Bridal. It is a size 2. Has not had any alterations or anything, the tags are still on it and it is still in the bag from picking it up. I paid 500.00 for it and will get rid of it for $400 OBO.
