This is a brand new WToo gown by Watters. Never worn, never altered. Beautiful!
This dress is a beautiful, romantic dress that I totally fell in love with! It has English net surplice as the outer layer of the gown, strapless with ivory lace the overlays beautiful details on the under skirt of the dress. The pictures do not do justice at all! From the pictures you can not see the french lace detailing on the under skirt.

It has an empire waist and sweeping train. (not too long) The gown has been well taken care of, I just bought it a couple of months ago and it has been kept in a non-smoking house in a garment bag.
Size: Size 4, Street size is more like a 6.
Bust: Measures to be about a 34-36.
Length: I'm 5'6' and even with heels on I would have to get the dress altered a bit.
