Photographers reveiw??? Alex Kaplan and Weefan Photography

So im considering some options for our wedding photographers.  Has anyone used Alex Kaplan?  and or one of his "associate" photographers?  Im thinking of going with the associates to save money.  What about Weefan Photography? Likes or Dislikes?

I used Alex Kaplan for my wedding. They were great!! Very professional and I have amazing pictures. I was in the same situation as you and he definitely helped us safe money. I was very happy with my choice. I hope this helped :

We used Alex Kaplan for our wedding and we were extremely happy with everything.  For what he offers it's more than resonably priced.  We had two photographers including Alex at the wedding from the time we got ready up through our reception.  The pictures were absolutely perfect and there were many candid shots through out the day that we loved.  I still love looking through our pictures and we have also gotten tons of compliments.  I would definitely reccomend him to anyone!

We used Alex Kaplan for our wedding and agree with everything the other comments say about him. I shopped around and also had done some research with other friends for their weddings.  Alex's prices were very resonable for him as well as another photographer.  It worked out great since they had two different styles and were able to split up and cover the whole wedding.  The pictures came out beautiful, they captured so many fun moments.  They had a lot of great ideas for the posed pictures.  I would definitely recommend him.

I would definitely recommend Alex Kaplan. I have nothing but positive things to say about him and his partner. My mom takes photography seriously and it was very important to make sure we had a great photographer who captured all of the important moments of the day. She was impressed with his work and it takes a lot for her to be impressed. I looked through so many photos of various photographers and Alex seemed to capture the essence of the day more than anyone else. I love all of my pictures and couldn't be happier. I can't wait to use him for my next special event.

I used Alex Kaplan's Two Wedding Photographers for my wedding. I found him on the internet and was unsure if I was making the right decision, hiring someone to take photos of the most important day of my life that I had never met! But he was very professional in our talkings on the phone. He explained everything to me in detail on how things would work the day of.. and what I would be getting for the price I was paying. Our conversations put me at ease right away. He assured me his associate would be great to shoot my wedding... Well His associate was great, everything went smoothly, his prices were very fair, and I loved my photos! I would definately recommend Alex Kaplan's Two Wedding Photographers for anyones special day!

Alex was a pleasure to use! With an affordable, fair package and personable, relaxed demeanor it made the whole aspect of picking a photographer a piece of cake. We got amazing photos, especially the candid shots which everyone loved to see!  Both Alex and his partner were professional, dressed well and were pleasant and funny...far from overbearing time consuming photographers that I have heard from many friends took them away from time that could have been spent with their friends and family. I would highly recommend using Alex; there are no cons I can think of and had a very enjoyable experience using him!

I used Alex Kaplan for our wedding 2.5 years ago and still enjoy looking at the photos. He caught a lot of candid ane creative shots, which we were thrilled about. I also had a list and "example shots" that I had found on Facebook and liked that he made sure to capture for us. We had a few shots retouched and printed by him and they came out beautifully. Not sure if he does baby photos, but now hat we are expecting, we are considering him to to help us with some baby photos as well. Hope that helps!

We used Alex Kaplan over 2 and a half years ago and were very happy with the choice we made! We chose him based on location, price, and the package options he offered. On the day of the wedding they were on time and professional. We have a great collection of color, black and white, candid and posed pictures! My husband and I would definitely recommend Alex Kaplan Photography!

We used Alex Kaplan for our wedding in July 2010.  We were really happy with the photos from our wedding and were happy with the service he and his partner provided.  They were definitely the most reasonably priced photographers we found.  We would definitely recommend going with him!

Both are excellent photography companies. Much of this is totally staged by the companies you are considering. You should always interview and get the photographer that fits you best.
