silk taffeta question

Did anyone use the silk taffeta dresses from j crew? I was wondering if they photographed well? When I took pictures at home with a flash they looked pretty shiney.

I suspect this has to do with your flash. Your photographer will know how to take pictures without making the flash reflect, plus pictures outside and during the day probably won't need a flash.
