KWR: Grrrr!!!

So my darling little boy decided to chip his top front tooth the day before his 2 year pictures and 3 days before his birthday and 7 weeks before my wedding!!! I am so upset...We took him to the dentist today and thankfully there is no nerve damage but they won't bond a 2 year old's tooth when it's just going to fall out in 4-6 years. 4-6 YEARS?!?!?! Obviously I am grateful that he is ok and everything but I am really upset about all these big events coming up.

Here is a pic of the damage...top front left tooth.

If it makes you feel any better, I can't figure out which tooth is chipped in the picture!  Don't worry about it, you will probably think it is cute in the wedding photos!  He's an adorable kid!

My friends daughter was 6 years old for her wedding and she lost one of her front teeth right before the wedding, so there was a big gap and she thought was adorable!

Awww, you can't even see it.  It'll be okay.  Poor baby, though, I'm sure it scared him and hurt!!!  I'm glad he's okay, and at least it's not his permanent tooth!  As his proud mama you're going to notice it more than anyone else, don't worry.

I wouldn't worry about it.  It will be a cute/funny story to tell in 20 years!  :)

When FI was about 10 and his sister was 3 or 4 he decided to swing her around by her feet.  When it came time to stop he couldn't control her and ended up bouncing her face against the ground.  She ended up having a "dirt tooth" for a few years until it eventually fell out.  She still teases him about how he messed up her smile when she was a kid--but then they laugh about it.

First off...he is the cutest kid ever in that photo! I can't even see it! Don't even stress about it...you'll look back and laugh at it years from now. And he'll be totally adorable at his party, in his photos and at your wedding in a few weeks...with or without a full set of teeth :)
