Aldrich Mansion- reviews???

I am in LOVE with the Aldrich Mansion but not sure about having my guests in separate rooms.  Has anyone ever had or been to a wedding there???  Any advice would be helpful, thanks:)

My husband and I went to a wedding at the Aldrich Mansion a few years ago for a cousins wedding.The ceremony was in a beautiful chapel. The cocktail hour was in the main hall of the reception building.The bride and groom split their dinner courses in two rooms. They ate the soup in one room, the salad in the other room , back to room 1 for entree etc.The dancing was in the main hall but was only for a short time at this wedding. Food was the focus of this wedding.They has desserts in the library. Pies and cakes were set up on long tables and were served by wait staff. The food was delicous.The views from the Aldrich Mansion were beautiful. Pictures taken there would be amazing. The wedding that we went to was very nice. The only drawback was the party was split. They also seemed to split the room by ages or importance of guest. We were in the other room (not that we cared) but no one from either family was in our room. If I were you I'd try to see a wedding in progress and see if you can make it work for your family and friends.good luck.
