Looking for a minister

we're both christian, but neither of us are members at any church in the area, and i know we're going to have trouble finding a minister or someone to officiate the ceremony because I have a child from a previous relationship. Anyone have any suggestions

We also had the same issues but the church that we attended often (but not members) would officate our marriage as long as we participated in premarital cousnelling.  If you are not interested in that (which I highly recommend) you could go on craigslist, weddingministers.com, ask a wedding chapel, ask your photog or florist, possibly a family member knows somebody...

We actually had success with all of those but ended up going with a family member.
