Calling all Adriano Batti brides....

I have booked Adraino Batti for our wedding next October and am now searching for a videographer. I think it is important to have a photographer and videographer that have worked together before.  When I asked Adriano for recomendations, he gave me 2 names, one who was outrageously expensive and the other I just wasn't very impressed with what I saw online.  So, I turn to you.  If you used Adriano, who did you use for video? What was the interaction like between the two? Thanks much

    I love Adriano Batti's work!  He did a family portrait session for my husband's family...all 23 of us!  The pics were FABULOUS! FWIW, I think photographers & videographers can generally work well together even if they do not have a pre-existing relationship.  I know my photographer and videographer had not worked together prior to my wedding, and there were no issues.  For video, I used www.videovisionsforever.com; I absolutely LOVE my video.

    I used adriano last october, LOVE HIM!!! We went with a different videographer, but I wished I did one of his, a few things got missed but I'm over it now, it's fine. I've seen great videos from revel video and laurie fox. I think adriano can work with anyone, honestly.

    I loved Video Visions also, but they are booked for my day, which I was really surprised since I am getting married on a Sunday next October!!! I have seen a few others I'm going to check into, but am bummed about Video Visions.

    The videographer we booked actually recommended Adriano Batti to us (we booked the video first) I didn't ask if they had worked together, but I assumed by the recommend. they did. We are using Media Concepts www.videographybymediaconcepts.com in Whitman. I don't know if he is one of the recs Adriano already gave you (doesn't sound like it from what you said) but you could ask him about them and see what he says.

    I just went to a wedding the other day for my FI's co-worker who used Adriano and also used the videographer we are using, www.curtisweddings.com. I will ask FI if he can get a link to the pics, too. We stuck around and watched them get photos taken and he was a bit abrasive during that part, but I bet his pics are great, he had an assistant with him, too.

    Mrscraig- Adriano was abrasive? What do you mean? Like he was demanding? Now I'm a little nervous....... I don't want someone stressing me out on my wedding day!!!!Ahhhhhh

We couldn't have been happier with Adriano, he was so laid back and we really had a good time taking our pics! It was really fun! people were taking pictures of us and adrianno turned and said "no pictures, calvin klein" (like we were in a photo shoot)we laughed hysterically. I love him. Nancy, you have NOTHING to worry about.

    Maybe he was just having an off day, but we thought he came off really rude when trying to organize the pics. My usually oblivious FI even noticed it. He was pretty impatient with the bridal party and they were not being rowdy or rude. He seemed a little uptight about it, but you could tell he knew what he was doing.

    We hired Adriano for our wedding as well. His pics look amazing and he seems like a genuinely nice person. We are not using a videographer so I can't help you with that question, but I just wanted to let you know we are so far very happy with our decision to go with him!

    Just wanted to add that we had a VERY positive experience with Adriano Batti...I don't feel like there was an attitude issue or anything at all.  I thought his energy was very positive and he was very efficient in getting the right shots done quickly.

    My cousin used Adraino 2 years ago and she absolutely raved about her pictures! I do not know if Karen Goldstein has worked with him, but you can ask. She does video and photo. I'm not sure of her rates. We hired her for our photos. Blush Films & Photo http://www.blushweddingfilms.com
