I didn't go - but I'm in a mental fight with U2. I was babysitting for 3 boys whose parents went to the show and didn't get home till 3:30 IN THE MORNING!!!

Seeeeerious traffic. I was too tired to ask when they left/how long it took them to get out of the parking lot BUT the show must have ended by 10-11. We're just north of Boston, so there's about an hours drive down to Gilette too.

The show was over at 11, but I can imagine the traffic was pretty bad if you don't know the backrounds. I was honme by 12:30 but still dragging today!

We got home at 3.30 too.  It was insane.  We hung back at a bar to let the traffic thin out...and the traffic in the lot was still at a standstill.  For us, it didn't even matter if we had known back roads, it took us 2 hours to even get out of the parking lot! We were so annoyed the commuter rail wasn't running.

So nuts they didnt have the commuter rail running, that woulda made the trip so much easier. It took us hours to get into the parking lot ($40! What!) and almost as long to get out.Didnt get back to Boston till midnight, and that was with leaving early. But the show was great, despite how exhausted I am today, Zzzzz...

omg I hear you about the parking fee - pure evil!!!!  At Comcast you can park for free and $40 buys you preferred exiting and saves hours of traffic.  It took us about an hour and a half to get from our parking space to Rt 1 - got home a half hour later. But, the show ROCKED outside of the slow songs they opened and closed with.I love U2!!!!

we were way the hell up in section 312. The echo was so terrible, sometimes we could barely tell what song it was!
