Forever in Time - not answering the phone

Has anyone been in contact with Forever in Time lately?  I have been trying to call for the past 2 weeks and the phone just rings, then goes to a message that says no one is here to take your call.  I am still trying to get my wedding video from June 2008.

    I know they had a fire last December... have you spoken with them since then? This is not the first time I have heard a story like this on TK... check on the NH board... GL and I hope you get ahold of them soon...

    IThey are one of the worst vendors out there. Check out the BBB. It seems like hardly anyone gets their photos or videos. One of my BMs used them over 2 years ago and never recieved anything. It's been a nightmare.
