Help with Etsy Vendor

Hey Girls,I ordered thank you notes on 9/9--paid upfront--emailed several times about the note design, and for about 2 weeks, haven't heard back from the vendor again. I sent her an email today saying I basically want a refund. If I don't hear back (which, judging from previous experience, I won't), how can I proceed. Has anyone ever complained to Etsy? The vendor gets all positive reviews (and over 200) so I don't know what's going on! Thanks!

If you paid through Paypal, you can go through them and let them know that you've paid for an item and have not yet received it and haven't heard from the seller. Here's also the FAQ from Etsy on this problem: http://www.etsy.com/faq_buying.php#problem_with_transactionHTH and I hope you get your thank you notes soon!!!

Thanks for the tip--shuold have been able to find that, sorry!EK, yes!! Why, have you had the same problem?

Oh no!  Sort of the same problem. I put up an alchemy request for photo STD's and told her what I wanted and that I wanted to keep the picture big.  she told me that she would have a proof in 72 hours, but I didn't get it for 2 weeks.  In the interim, i emailed her asking if everything was ok and she said she had tons of new designs come in, so she was looking through them for me.  When I finally got the proof, there was only one, and I feel like I could have done that myself in 15 minutes if I had the design.  I dont get why it took 2 weeks.  So i'm having her revise it (I told her friday) but haven't heard back.   Hopefully this works out! I'll keep you updated.

EK, that is almost exactly what has happened to me--one sample (which wasn't great), no response for several weeks after I asked for a revised. I think I'm going to give up. I love her designs, but the thank you note just stunk--and really need to get started on them. Good luck--will keep

Sorry to but in, but I went through Tucci Paper for my Engagement Party invites. I had a really great experience with her/them. After we had already placed the order and received the invites, my FIL's needed us to change the time to accomodate their family's scheduling we needed to REORDER the invites with a different time! Tucci was great and extremely quick on the turn around (had the new invites within 2 days) and even gave us a discount on the second batch and included free envelopes.I'm sorry you're having a tough time with them! Good luck! I hope it works out...

Yes, sounds like she may have taken on more business than she could handle--or maybe it's something more.
