My awesome shower gift

A friend got me a portable steamer for a shower present. We're going down to Boston tomorrow, and so I got my dress ready to go. It's been in the closet away from his eyes for ...I dunno, a long time. Well, it turns out that for who knows how long, it's been in a heap at the bottom of the bag!! I started to swear and panic, but I did not cry. I used the steamer on the huge wrinkles, and in a few minutes the crisis was averted. What a great gift!!!!

    yay!  bring it with you on your wedding day for last minute wrinkles.  My mother-in-law brought her steamer and steamed all the bridesmaid dresses before the wedding.  They all needed touch-ups, except for one very thoughtful bridesmaid who had her dress professionally steamed & pressed a few days before the wedding--she was good to go.  :)

    Yay! I got one for my shower too and it's awesome! My BM got it for me, and she said she had to stare at it for months and contain herself because she wanted to open it so bad, haha! She's getting married next year, so I may get her one, if she doesn't have one by then! Such a great invention to have around the house!
