Hotel for GNO/Bachelorette?

I'm looking for a hotel in a fun neighborhood where we can walk to club/bars. Any recommendations on where I should look? This is happening Saturday : )TIA!

You should go to Priceline (name your own price) or Hotwire. We've done this for a few bach parties and it has worked out great. You end up with a really nice hotel (you choose the area of Boston and # of stars) and you end up getting it at half the normal price! Especially this  close you should get a good deal b/c hotels will want their rooms booked

there's a Sheraton in the Back Bay that's not too pricey (well, for Boston)...also, I haven't stayed here before, but a lot of my friends have stayed at the Residence Inn in Charlestown.  It's not within walking distance to bars, but it's right over the bridge from the North End (you could walk there in 10 minutes) and it's a $10 cab ride wherever you want to go (Back Bay, Fanueil Hall, etc).  It has a little kitchenette area and I think it has a pull-out couch which is nice if you have a big group of people...

We stayed at the Radisson in the Theatre District for my 21st Birthday a couple years ago and the Crowne Plaza in the Back Bay for my bachelorette party this past summer.  Both were great and great locations!
