Well...backtrack two weeks and I was off to Priscilla's to pick up my gown much to my dismay. There were a ton of customers in the waiting area and I didn't want to cause a scene. I asked to speak to the manager and explained that I was upset but didn't feel this was the time to talk. I wrote a very eloquent two page letter explaining my feelings and the events that occurred and mailed it off. I know as a teacher, when a parent approaches me respectfully I go out of my way to help. I got a phone call tonight from the manager offering me FREE alterations and apologizing profusely. Am I happy that I had to get my dress and go through yucky situations? No... but I accept the apology and will happily take the free alterations!:)
