Need DJ recommendations

Hi everyone!
My fiancé and I are getting married August 4, 2012 in northern Westchester. We are looking for a DJ. Who do you recommend? We are on a budget, but do not want it to look or sound that way! I greatly appreciate any help you can give me. Honestly, I feel a little lost when it comes to finding a DJ.

    We used Strictly Entertainment DJs.  They were wonderful to work with and very affordable

    Check out the DJ Company, now named rth event group.  They have 4 dj packages so you can keep it on a budget!

    I live in northern Westchester! Where are you getting married?

    We are using Jimmy Dee for our July 2012 wedding. They have a great reputation and I got a great deal. Alex will be our MC!

    DJ Bri Swatek!!!!  He actually just did a wedding there.
    He is so easy to work with and is very very affordable.

    DJ Company!! 

    We just booked them for our september 2012 wedding!  we looked into don't stop the music but they were a bit pushy, although willing to work with budgets but they also told me they'd decided on who would dj and mc our event and we wouldn't find out who it was until a month before our wedding when we sat down to discuss all the music... I did NOT like that aspect.  You basically have one meeting for the deposit and then don't talk to them till the month before the wedding!

    The DJ Company is super accomodating, Ryan is amazing and they organize everything before hand.  You meet with your dj and mc whenever you want, you get an account online that you can constantly make changes to and you meet with them twice before the wedding!  Much better fit, at least for me.  Good luck!!!

    Again, thank you all for your suggestions! DJ bri swatek is already booked on our day. I'm going to call the DJ company this week. AlliScott, where are you getting married?
