save the date template help

Anyone have a save the date template and wouldn't mind emailing it to me? I have been trying for a while now (embarrassed to say how long) and can't seem to set a template to work. I was hoping to make a template where I can type in my info and insert a calendar or even stamp a calendar under the info.     If you have Microsoft publisher--it comes with some Office packages, its much easier for things like this then Office.
