Newlywed Chop!

So cute! Love love love it! You look all sassy now! My hair doesn't seem to be growing at the moment...but hopefully it will by the wedding and then I will hopefully be chopping. This is what I really want:FI will most likely kill me

Thanks girls! Evs - SOOOO much easier to live with. Mike doesn't roll over on it at night and wake me up anymore, and it doesn't get caught in EVERYTHING! Ha! Always - that's daring! But I love it! Mike basically told me "not too short" but I used to have a similar cut to that in HS, where it was shaved up in back, and sort of a graduated bob (and sometimes I'd dye the longer front pieces purple... I was a wacky kid... my hair has been every color) Spuccio - did you have it cut last time I saw you? I think it was up so I couldn't tell... that's so fun though, yay!

No, I had it cut a few days after we got together last. It is similar to the inverted bob that Always posted...not as dramatic, but similar. :-) I love it. Leah, weren't you talking about a newlywed chop just a couple of weeks ago? Have you decided against it?

Amber - OH SO lighter! Leah - my hair grows crazy fast, so like you, I wanted a "style" but I'll only have it for about a month before it grows out all wacky. My stylist is actually curious how it's going to grow out and what shape it'll take - we shall see! Not sure if I want to keep cutting it, or grow it out again. SP - can't wait to see it! Sounds super cute!

I just also have to add that overhead tube lighting does no one favors... icky pictures of me, but I was excited about the chop!

Your hair looks great!!! I can't wait to chop mine all off!! We have 6 days between the wedding and honeymoon so I am planning to cut off probably 12-14 inches before the honeymoon!!! Just have to put up with the long hair for 10+ more months for now! lol

Looks great!I am about to do the same exact thing.  I've been planning on chopping my hair for Locks for Love for over a year now.  It is down to the swell of my back straight so it is time for something new.  I've just been a bit hesitant because my long hair has sort of grown on my as somewhat of a trademark out here since we moved and DH absolutely loves it. But it will grow back - so I'm thinking of starting a cycle of about three years or so - grow it out, donate it, grow it out, donate it, etc.  I am finally getting my hair cut when my mom and sister come out to visit this weekend and we're treating ourselves to a high end LA salon so I figure I'll take the plunge then

Wishin - that's what my mother does: grow it, cut it, donate it, grow it again! Fast-growing hair/nails must be a genetic thing - I got mine regularly trimmed every 4-6 weeks while it was long to keep it healthy, but if I had skipped half my trim appointments, it would've been down to my a$$, ha! Take the plunge!

LOVE it!  Sooo cute!  Wish I could wear my hair short like that without getting poofy mushroom hair!My hair grows super fast too.  Between my hair trial and my wedding (6 weeks) it grew so much the hair dresser was complaining (commenting?) that he couldn't do the style exactly as planned because there was just so much more of it.  It was a long-hair type of style too!  I was like--ha!  thanks.  It worked out though.

Sooooooo cute!!Honestly, I couldn't imagine growing my hair out that long again - I LOVE my short hair - I'm having a hard time with it being this long, and it's not even to my shoulders!!! I can't wait to get it all cut off again!

I love it!!! I chopped all my hair off and donated it right after I had Anthony. Since I got engaged though I haven't cut it. I'm in desperate need of a trim, but have to admit, I kinda like my hair long! I keep saying I'll cut it all back off after the wedding but I'm not so sure...maybe if I get pregnant again!
