Cake Vendors on the North Shore

Hi ladies, any recs for affordable tasty cakes on the north shore. i tried cakes for occasions and did not like it.

    WE're going with Kondeiter Meister....but Tripoli's is amazing cake also and probably more affordable. KM came with our package and they are amazing as is Icing on the Cake (Newton) too!

    Really?? I found the KM cakes to be just AWFUL....i am not picky by any means, but their cakes had NO flavor whatsoever. I didn't think a bakery could mess up a cake, but sorry, KM did.....

    Cakes for Occasions in Danvers is included with our venue. They are very nice and do some beautiful work. I haven't tasted their cakes yet though.

    Cakes for occasions is amazing!! We're getting married down the cape so we're using someone local, but we use Cakes for Occasions for everything else!

    We had a terrible experience with Cakes for Occasions so i dont blame you.  They gave us frozen cake at our tasting.
