    I got a bridesmaid dress there...they don't do alterations there though, or at least they didn't when I got my dress.  The place they recommended wasn't very good and it was super expensive.
    Was an OK experience, but wouldn't run there.

    Got my gown at Pronuptia Bridal in Worcester, they've been great to work with!

    I bought my dress at Elegance, an had a great experience. The dress initially came in with a large black smudge from the vendor, and they made them make me a new dress. I started at Pronuptia, but the girl who worked with me was unhelpful (I am pretty low maitenance!), obviously hungover, and reeked of ciggarette smoke while she slurped her iced coffee. Elegance does alterations now, too and felt they were reasonable ($200 for taking in the bust, sewing in cups, a hem, and 3 point French bustle).
