Central MA Wedding Photography Pricing?

I am getting married in Central MA and want to know what others are paying for a good photography package?  We were quoted $4200 and it includes:

2 photographers
8 hrs of coverage
engagement session
large album
unlimited printing rights & all digital files

Does this seem reasonable? I think good photography is really important for our wedding day, but am curious to know what others in that area are paying for similar coverage.  Thanks!

    We have a similar package only we get full day coverage and a guestbook from the engagement session. We are paying $2500.

    $4200 for all that seems reasonable from what I have seen, but it really depends on the photographer. It's kinda like car shopping, sorta, you get what you pay for. You can get a Honda or a Hummer but they will both get you to the same place. Also, there are some great photographers who aren't as well known so they don't charge as much because they are still building their business (which is why my package is priced the way it is) If you love their photography and you clicked with them when you met them- then $4200 isn't unreasonable.

    If you need more recs, let me know- or post for it on the boards. There are TONS of photographers in the area so be sure to shop around.

    We paid $3500 for 2 photographers, unlimited coverage (which is great because we had a gap between the ceremony and reception), an engagement session, an amazing album made in Venice Italy and the DVD of every image with full print rights.  Our photographer is from Bridgewater, but travels for free so it didn't really matter.  Honestly, the quality of the images we got were far superior to those some friends got from photographers that charge over 5k.  We used Berryphotos at www.berryphotos.com

    I am getting married in Worcester and found an unbelieveable photographer! One Eleven Images... they are much cheaper tahn $4200 and offer the same things! Plus they are awesome to work with. We had our engagement session 2 weeks ago and loved spending time with them! Check them out! They are located in Brighton but are willing to travel for no additional cost.
