small museum venue and serving heavy apps - where to get bartender and servers?

Hi,

I am considering using a small museum on the cape for my wedding and reception.  I have to provide tables, chairs and catering which I understand how to acquire but I am not so sure about the bartender and servers.  Anyone have any recommendations on where to hire them from? 

Our caterer would be a local restaurant so they wouldn't provide them, but I like this idea because then there are no guest minimums.  We would be looking at serving around 80 people.

I've never used them for a personal event, but I've used Boston's Best Bartending Service for work events before and had great experiences with them.

I'd also check out Simply Serving II--they are out of Norwood but do travel and they do a great job!  www.simplyserving.com
