Gifts for readers and other non-bridal party attendants

We asked some of my younger cousins to be a part of our wedding day by greeting guests and handing out programs.  They are three girls, aged 13, 13 and 11.  I would love to get them something small to give at the rehearsal dinner, but we don't have a ton of money to spend.  I'm hoping to keep it under $15 each.  I thought about Etsy and possibly getting necklaces but I want to make sure they aren't cheap looking.  Any other ideas of what we can get them?  Any links to Etsy that you love?

Did you get your readers something?  We have FI's two uncles and one of our good friends.  We may just get the friend some nice alcohol, but what about the uncles?  Anything? FWIW, friend will be at the RD and uncles will not.

There are some great sale bags on vera bradley's website... you could get them a wallet or a small bag for around $18-20. Your ticker isn't showing up (my browser is acting funny), but if you have some time, I'd sign up for their emails and watch for a special sale. That said, they have a bunch of stuff on sale regularly, too.

We got our female helpers (readers, gift bearers, greeters) Vera Bradley items, and the guys got cigars and alcohol.

For DH's cousins who handed out programs we gave them each a $20 iTunes gift card. For our readers, we gave DH's uncle a Vinturi (since he's into wine and wine gizmos). My sister was a reader (and BM) as were my parents, but I didn't get them anything above and beyond their BM gift and parent gift, since those were substantial in and of themselves.

We got our jr. bridemaids (both 13) some beginner's makeup kit at Sephora.  They just started wearing makeup this year.

For some of our smaller thank-yous, I found (on crazy sale, but they were affordable to begin with) photo cubes at Bed Bath and Beyond. I did this to thank my aunts for hosting my shower as well.  It's a cube on a base, if you put a battery in the cube rotates. I made sure to get a picture of me with each of them at the shower and then had prints made; I put a photo into each side of the cube and on the top where you could have a fifth photo, instead I wrote a thank-you note. It's a nice keepsake and really affordable. We're doing it for our ushers who are all good friends of ours, I think. A different sort of idea!
