HELP!!! torn between 2 great venues

Hi everyone...I am torn between 2 great venues...we looked at The Commons in Topsfield, MA yesterday and we looked at Danversport Yacht Club in Danvers, MA today...we like them both...they both have their plus's and minus's.  I'm leaning towards The Commons, but the Danversport is also nice....the plus's at Danversport are:
larger room
more space to walk around
great outdoor pics
on the water
closer to church

the minus's to Danversport are:
no handi-cap bathroom stall in the Garden Terrace Hall....people and myself b/c of my dress would have to share the handi-cap stall in the bathroom the restaraunt uses
the room was a little dark..but this is miniscule b/c it will be an evening reception
more than 1 event can happen on that day

The plus's to the Commons:
1 event that day
bridal room
beautiful ballroom
I LOVE the balcony
it's unique and has character
great for outdoor pics
bright and open
great food
very personable staff
very accommodating
etc

The minus's of the Commons:
further from the church
smaller ballroom

HELP me....if anyone has heard good or bad, have been to a wedding reception recently at either or both of these, let me know....we have to decide tonight or tomorrow in order to hold our date, especially at the Commons....I think it will be at the Commons, but I want to be sure we're making the right decision

Thanks in advance

We looked at Danversport and we really loved the space but the more than 1 event really wasn't for us.  I know someone who got married at Danversport and had a great day.  I don't know too much about the commons but if you really love it then you should go with it.

    Goodluck!!!

From your lists, you really sound like you prefer the Commons. Is there one that you can picture your wedding taking place at over another? Or one that gives you a better feeling that it will fit your guests, personality, decor, etc?

Also, about outdoor pics, or pics by the water.. I think Jill (jthennigar) took pictures at a beach before her ceremony.. I am fuzzy on this, but I'm sure if there are more opporunities for pictures that you want at another location, that could be an option for you.

We made a decision.......The Commons :-)  Left the owner a VM tonight, so hopefully he calls me back tonight or tomorrow to confirm and if for some reason our date got booked between yesterday (when we visited) and today, we have a back up venue-Danversport.
