Cant find a venue I like to fit my budget..Suggestions?

Hi Ladies,
So I am looking for a venue in or near Boston with either an outdoor tent option, or a ballroom with a nice skyline view.  I dont want to spend more that 35 total on the wedding and a I am really having a hard time finding something. I've started to look away from Boston now because I dont know that what I want is possible...Does anyone have any suggestions, or have the same budget they are working with?  I've been to about 8 places now..and none of them fit in my budget..HeLP!

no idea on capacity, but i think venezia is supposed to be reasonable?  what about any of the hotels in east boston?

have you trimmed your guest list as much as you can.  that will be tough.

Have you checked into the MIT Faculty Club.  They have a gorgeous view of Boston across the river.

Our budget is 35 and our list is 175 and the wedding is at the villa in bridgewater amazing venue check it out!

Have you already looked at Holiday Inn Beacon Hill? Their weddings are all held on the 15th floor so you would get some great views.

The Hyatt in Cambridge is supposed to be pretty reasonable AND has a gorgeous skyline view of Boston. 

If you don't mind going outside of Boston, Publick House in Sturbridge, MA has really reasonable prices and has a pretty tented reception.

The Bayside in Nahant is nice includes a bunch of stuff in their package and has a beautiful view of the Boston skyline they have a wall of windows and fits 200.
