bridal undergarments

Hi All,

Does anyone have any suggestions for bras for the wedding day? I went to lady grace and tried on two. One was $58 and one was $62 - I think. Are those prices typical?  Are there any other options? Boston area would be great. thanks!

Do you need a bra?  I had cups sown into my dress.

I guess I could have cups sewn in, but I figured if I bought something I could use again. They had a nice longer girdle type piece that smoothed me out!

I can buy them before I go to the tailor to see how they look.

Those prices are actually reasonable and really good.  Thank you for the head's up they have full frontal wedding bras!

Cups are also way cheaper than an actual undergarment. My seamstress charged $10 or $15 for them on my dress. Of course, my dress also had a built-in corset, so I didn't really need the full undergarment.

my dress has a corset back. i donn't know if the full one will fit under. i guess i'll just wait and see! thanks!

I went for a pair of high wasted spanx, that my strapless bra ( from lane Bryant....love it! Strapless or convertible with removable straps and clear straps). Very smooth lines and a boost where I needed it! And also great under summer dresses too! Then spanx were expensive at around $60, but the bra was buy one get one 50% off...about $30. Good luck! And make sure you wear the undergarments to your fittings!
