NWR: Gluten free restaurants?

Does anyone know any good restaurants for someone who can't eat gluten?  I want to take my friend out for her birthday, but she can't have gluten.  Any advice much appreciated!!

I think there's a place in Needham Center which makes gluten free pizza.
Stone Hearth Pizza . I know you're probably thinking pizza? really? but pizza is a treat for someone with Celiac! lol. (I'm celiac too)

The place we're having our rehearsal dinner has a huge GF menu and they're great about working with people who have food allergies, etc.  The restaurant is The Fireplace in Brookline, the food is out of this world, and the staff is amazing.  Call and ask for Kevin, he's the General Manager.  They will literally go out of their way to make sure that someone who has to eat GF food can have an outstanding meal there.  PM me if you want any more details, I'll be happy to provide them and my name which you can pass along to Kevin. I was just there on Friday night.

    Good luck!

Most any restaurant now a days can accomodate a gluten free diet. My neice has celiac and we take her pretty much to any restaurant. Basically you just can't have bread, pasta, soy sauce, flour. You can have veggies, fish, meat, cheese, egg. These are items that most restauramnts have. Just tell your server and they can usually can omit gluten from the recipe.
