I am looking for recommendations in for someone near Rt 9 or the Pike between Newton and Southboro.
The shop I bought my dress at recommended Rosa's in Watertown but there are some mixed reviews. Does anyone have personal experience there? I also heard a recommendation for Hranush?
Also, I have no idea what to budget for my alterations. What is common for just a hem and adding a bustle? There is no beading or multiple layers. It is just satin over a petticoat.
