Day of Coordinator

Well, my venue has a coordinator, but my understanding is that she does not do any "decorating". This includes putting out the centerpieces, card table, escort cards, etc. 

I guess now I need to spend more money on a DOC.  Has anyone used a fabulous, inexpensive DOC that they would recommend?

I am using Andria from Infinite Events to assist me with my planning.  I know several knotties that are using her for DOC.   My FSIL will be using her for DOC.  She is fabulous.  Professional, creative, organized and reasonably priced for a planner.  She is definitely worth contacting.  She is out of Somerset, MA but travels throughout MA and RI. http://www.infinite-events.net/

We're using Christy Kahana from CAKE weddings.  She's awesome!  Really organized and super sweet!  I know we can trust her to take care of our wedding day.  We went with her since our venue coordinator has been really unreliable and I know she'll make sure it all runs smoothly.

I used Jenny O'Malley from Trends & Traditions Events...I had very similar needs as yours - with lots of little set-up details, including a candy buffet.

She even did all of our timelines, organized everything with our venue & did the final vendor check-ins -- such a relief in the final days and of course on the day of!
