Has anyone been to a wedding at Wachusett Country Club (not the mountain- the country club in W. Boylston)? I'm getting married there in October, and had my tasting today. Looking for opinions on how you thought the food was at the wedding you went to. If you had/are having your wedding there- even better! Well I personally have never been there,  but my grandmother's cousin has hosted several functions there and she says the food is excellent and that the events turn out very well.
She was really hoping I would have my wedding there but I had already found a venue that I liked closer to where I live.

I attended a wedding there in October of this year and it was really nice.  The food was excellent, I am a vegetarian and the meal was really good.  My fiance got to eat 2 prime ribs becuase someone didnt want theirs!  Only thing I would suggest is that you ask the butlers to bring the h'orderves out onto the deck if its nice out.  We were all sitting outside during the cocktail hour on their deck becuase it was a beautiful ay and none of the butlers walked around with food, so we were all starving by the time the dinner was served.  A lot of the guests didnt even know they had h'orderves other then the stationary fruit platter which everyone passed to get outside.  Other then that, it was a really nice day!  Congratulations.

I attended a wedding there in June.  I thought the venue was lovely and the food was excellent.  I really enjoyed my stuffed chicken.  Since I was in planning mode, I snooped around the website and found their prices to be very reasonable.  Honestly, I thought it was a much better value than my own venue (The Publick House in Sturbridge).

Thanks! This is all very reassuring because we were pretty disappointed with our tasting! It must have been a fluke because I've always had good meals at their restaurant.
