Elks @ Bass Rocks Gloucester

Hi!
I really want to go check out the Elks at Bass Rocks in Gloucester, it looks gorgeous. What was your experience there? It makes me a little nervous though that you have to contract your own caterer (I was hoping to find an inclusive venue). Has anyone had experience with their list of caterers? Price range? Who does the bar/alcohol?

I went to my husband's cousin's wedding there in May, 2009.  They had open bar, but the bar was on site, run by the Elks with Elks bartenders (if that makes sense).  The ceremony was beautiful, out on the front lawn across the street from the water.  Catering was Vinwood; food was delicious.  I can't say what the price was but it must have been reasonable for them to do the open bar on top of everything else.  She had everyone seated on the lower level with the dance floor and had the food stations, passed hors d'oeuvres, stationary app table, and high top cocktail tables on the upper level where the bar is.
