Shuttle Transportation to/from Gibbet Hill

I am looking for recommendations for a transportation company to transport guest from the hotel to Gibbet Hill (Groton, MA) for our Jan 2012 wedding.  We would like to offer our guests free transportation from the Westford Regency Inn to Gibbet Hill and back (20 miles roundtrip).  Ideally, the shuttle would make two runs to the venue and back, at 50 and 40 mins prior to the ceremony and then back to the hotel at the conclusion of the reception.

Any recommended companies?  We are looking for the best, most cost effective method.  We are open to anything, even school buses.  I am estimating transporting about 75 guests to/from the venue.

Hi there--

I was just at Gibbett Hill this past weekend to tour the facility for our wedding next year. They mentioned that they have a listing of transportation companies, so that may be a place to start.

I provided a shuttle bus from the hotel to the wedding and back at the end of the night.  We looked at a number of bus companies and ended up using McGinn.  They were very affordable and very nice!  We used a 55 passenger bus, so if the bus did two runs this would work for you!

This is my exact problem! Except my guests are staying in Chelmsford (better rate). I spoke with the Regency and they suggest Westford Car Service. I talked to them before and was going to book vans but they've since gotten rid of them and they only offer party buses. Not exactly what I want my mother's 88 year old aunt riding in. So I'm on the hunt again!
