Wedding invites for hired wedding professionals?

Are any vendors supposed to receive an invitation... more specificially... should the officiant receive one?
My FI and I met with ours yesterday and after the meeting was over I began wondering we should've sent her one.

p.s. We won a contest with HV Ceremonies for $300 off favors. Go figure, we weren't going to get any favors! What's great is that we can use the money toward wedding accessories or bridal party gifts! :)

    The only vendor we sent an invite to was the officiant because he was the only one who wasn't working at the reception. 

    We did ask him to do a blessing before we ate.
