Cruiseport Gloucester

Does anyone have any reviews about the Cruiseport in Gloucester.  I looked on the boards but couldn't find much.

I didn't have my wedding there but I visited in March. I liked the look of the ballroom but ended up decided against it because it was too far for my guests. All of the contacts emailed immediately and were very accommodating. One concern though was that they didn't seem to have any control over the boats in the harbor and some of them could be quite an eyesore if you tried to take pictures on their balcony. I would say that Cruiseport is definitely worth seeing because it is very modern but the look may not work for everyone.

I just got married at Cruiseport Memorial Day weekend and I cannot rave about it enough!! It was absolutely amazing!!  The staff, the food, all of the vendors we worked with made everything perfect.  As far as boats in the harbor, it definitely adds to the ambience of the venue.  I loved the openness of the space, however, I was concerned about not having separate rooms for cocktail hour and reception.  We actually separated the room using pipe and drape and moved the dance floor from where they normally do it, and it was just what I wanted.  I have tons of pictures and am more than willing to tell you more details, let me know, but definitely a HIGH recommendation!!

Fabulous location, fabulous food!  Kelly is absolutely wonderful to work with...like having your own private event planner!  GL!

I'm getting married there next year. Does anyone have pictures they'd like to share with me so I can get some ideas? Also, anyone selling any center pieces, wedding decor or candy bar items? I'm trying to keep costs down since we're paying for it ourselves.
