Has anyone been to a wedding or had their wedding there?  Our wedding is there this November...very excited!  Any suggestions or pointers?

    I've never been to a wedding there, but have been to a couple proms and dinner functions.  They do a nice job and the room is good.  Very big rooms and big dance floor.

    I've never been to a wedding there, but my senior prom was there! It was beautiful. The only advice I can think of with regards to this venue is to be very specific when giving your guests directions. While it may not be super-difficult, the new construction can make it sort of confusing. Congrats!

    I just booked my wedding there for Sept 2012...also very excited!! It's not very popular for weddings so its been hard to find pictures/blogs about it online. I am anything but creative so I'm lost for ideas!! When I toured the hotel the ballroom was setup for a 500 person wedding, it was beautiful!!! I'm only using half the ballroom and expecting about 165 people (its fits 230 people). I'm going to sit less people per table to fill up more space. Will also be going with the stations instead of plated meal hoping it will take up more room.

    What DJ/Florists will you be using?

    My DJ is Pat Lally of South Shore Entertainment...he's AWESOME!  I highly recommend him.  My florist is Barry's Flowers in Braintree

    I just booked my wedding there for May of 2013. I am also planning on doing the stations instead of plated. Please let me know how that works out.

    Any suggestions on a good affordable photographer and videographer?
