Bird and the Bottle for RD place?

Hello,

I was wondering if any one knows anything about the Bird and The Bottle Inn, good, bad, anything. We waited too long to book the RD and now it looks like it's gonna be there. I am not too thrilled about the way it looks, but at this point that is less and less important. And we have to be at the Cold Spring/Garrison area.
So any info on food, service overall experience will be great.

    We looked at the venue for our upcoming wedding and really liked it, Elaine was very nice.  Didnt end up booking because we didnt want an outside wedding.
    However, we havent tried to the food but I hear that it is excellent.

    Nope, sorry. No reviews on the place. My BIL used to work there and said it was really nice. But he hasn't worked there in years.

    Check google for reviews.

    Also, some really nice places in the area are Chalet on the Hudson and Hudson House River Inn. They are really nice restaurants that are in the area.

    i have heard great things about it but have never been.  a friend of mine almost had her wedding there but went to the Plumbush Inn instead.

    Hi,
    I have clients who had their RD there back in October.  I was invited to attend as a guest (not SOP, but I became good friends with them during the planning process).  Anyway, it was AMAZING!!!!  They were so helpful and accommodating.  They personalized the menu with the Groom, who is a real foodie.  The whole experience was positive, fun and delicious.  Anh

    Thanks so much for the info. I can't find any reviews on yelp... and trip advisor has really old reviews about the inn, but not the restaurant. Since no one said anything bad and because of the info from the PPs above, I feel a little e better about it now.

    I'm having my RD there on 9.24 and so far, they have been great!  We ate there for brunch and really loved the food.  Our reception is at the Garrison, and we really like the rustic look of the place.  It has character :)  They have been very accommodating with the menu planning.  

    I imagine my RD is after yours, but let me know if I can be of any help.
