Hi ladies...
I know a few of you on this board are lawyers or have just recently passed the BAR. So I wanted to ask if there are any laws in Massachusetts that pertain to Stepmothers having some rights to their husbands child (e.g: giving input on medical decisions, education etc..). I have been looking in various searches and cannot seem to find anything.
Also.... a quick question about Shared Physical Custody. Does either parent still pay child support if they custody is shared? Meaning one week on and one week off.
