Yes, I got my dress there and they were wonderful to work with. They are not doing to alterations though.

I ordered my dress at Manhattan Bridal. Although my dress isn't scheduled to be in for several more months, I had a great experience working with them. I never felt pressure to purchase a dress. They had a great selection of designers so I was able to try on quite a few dress which was important to me. I also got the girls' bridesmaid dresses there as well. Hope this helps!

I got 2 mother of the bride dresses there and could not have been happier.  The service is great.   They were very honest with me on what looked good and what didn't.  Good luck!

I went dress shopping there but ended up buying somewhere else. I brought in pictures of dresses like the woman had told me to do.  The lady at the front desk took the pictures from me when we got there, flipped through them without looking up and repeated "We have nothing like this, nope, got nothing." Then handed the pictures back to me and continued doing what she was doing before. Perhaps I caught her on a cranky day haha! I was pretty discouraged after that so it somewhat ruined my experience. The actual consultant I worked with was very nice though. Good luck!

I went there this week, Tracy is amazing!!! I agree with PP, the woman at the front desk is...cranky, so ignore her.

I agree.  I had a great experience at Manhattan Bridal.  I also did not end up purchasing the dress there, but they were awesome and let me try on what seemed like a million dresses!

I ordered 4 BM dresses from there too.  I brought my MOH and we were there for about 2 hrs trying on tons of dresses.  It wasn't busy so the sales women were sitting on the couch helping us decide what looked good and what didn't.  The prices were better than in another dress shop I looked at on the Cape.  Ordering was easy, the dresses came in early and I had them shipped directly to the out-of-state girls.  They also have an online ordering thing with some of my girls did.
