Massachusetts-Boston

Proof my invite please!

Cross posted on Invites too, but I figured I'd ask your opinions:

Any advice:
1) do you include the hotel address on the invite? (not sure if we'll do direction cards)
2) we call the hotel the Hotel Name (since there are 3 in the Boston area).  Should it be worded like that?
3) is the capitalization correct?
4) any other suggestions?  We need to order tonight!

Thank you!

    Hi!

We didn't do the address on the main invite because we included a direction card that had that information on it. I don't think you need to put XXX Cambridge when it says cambridge right below it...

other than that it looks good to me!

Normally you wouldn't include the hotel address on the invite, but if you aren't doing a separate reception or directions card, then I definitely would leave it on the invite

I would call the hotel by it's full name to avoid confusion.

    The capitalization looks fine.

I would use "half past four o'clock in the afternoon" instead of "at half after four o'clock in the afternoon"--no reason other than I think it sounds better.

Great job!  :)  Can't wait to see pics!!

I assume that the reception is at the hotel as well, right?  I would probably put "reception immediately following" instead of just follow - since it's at the same place.

Also agree on "half past four o'clock" instead of after.
    Otherwise looks great! :)

Thanks guys!  I'm going to edit it to take out the hotel name just to keep it private.  Appreciate all the advice!

Jkepros:  if you see this, can you delete your quote that includes the hotel name?  Thank you!

I've had a couple of invitations that have said

"Dinner & dancing immediately after" which I think is kind of a fun alternative to reception. But depends on if you're doing a more formal thing

I also like half-past instead of half after which I found a bit confusing
    Looks good!
