So...  I am recently engaged and have no idea where to start?!!??!

Any ideas on a Venue.. We want to have an on-site ceremony outside with a nice view (gardens, lake, ocean) but then  an inside ceremony. Must be elegant. As well I am from CT so it needs to be within a hour from the CT line

I was thinking about 150-175 and my budget is between 30k-and 40k

The Log Cabin has an amazing view. It's in Holyoke, MA.

Also, not sure if it is within your budget because I never looked into it more than seeing the website: Lord Thompson Manor is beautiful and amazingly elegant.
