Talented seamstress?

I bought a sample dress in a different state and need to have it altered (hem and bust). There is a lot of lace detail at the bottom so I think the hem will be pretty complicated. Anyone have recommendations for a really good seamstress? Will also need to have it cleaned and press.

I am using Michael of Boston on the South Shore.  His speciality is lace work.  He did a gorgeous job on my best friend's dress (also a sample), including re-designing the neck line and some hem work.  He also created a cap sleeve with additional lace.  He is very low key and relaxed, which can feel frustrating if you need an update on things every week.  However, his work is outstanding.  He's hemming my dress, including adding additional lace detailing to the train and ordering my veil.   Hope this helps.
