So my wedding was two months ago and it seems like it was just yesterday still. I had awesome vendors who were extremely accomodating and I can not rave enough about them. First off, we were on a budget and so I had to do a lot of searching for reasonable prices places.
First off, our venue was the Holiday Inn in Mansfield. Tom and his staff were great to work with and were extremely helpful. My family is from out of town and most of them stayed at the hotel for close to a week. They were greeted by staff that made them feel like they were at home. We were running late on the day of wedding and had some last minute changes. The staff were constantly ontop of what we needed to make our day special. The food was amazing as well. We heard nothing but compliments on the steak and most guests are still raving about it. My family are beef farmers and even they were impressed. The inside of the hotel is also beautiful, we were able to take most our photos at the hotel and you would never know we were inside the hotel.
Second, my DJ. I can not say enough about my DJ. DJ Cubey of Cubey Entertainment in Hingham is awesome. He was constantly keeping me posted on times and made sure everything we needed was done. He played music and had the dance floor packed most of the night. He is a friend of mine as well but I know he loves to make people happy and that is what he did at our wedding.
Third, my photographer. I couldn't imagine paying a lot for a photographer and since we were on a tight budget we were also limited. We went with Joe King from Classic Photographers. Joe was so laid back you would have never known he was even working. Our wedding was running late and he made sure that me and my husband were aware of the time and got all the photos in that we wanted. When you are in the moment at your wedding you have no idea what time it is. He also was so easy going that he even let one of the groomsmen take photos with his camera and got in a group shot of the guys.
I would rave about my hairstylists and make up artists that made me and my girls look amazing but both of them live in Minnesota and are family so it would be the wrong place to rave about them.
