Chair Rentals

We are getting married outdoors for the ceremony and are going to have to rent chairs. The chairs are going to be like 4.20 each from one company my vendor recomended.  Is this normal?  Can you guys recomend any chair rental companies?

I was given a price of $8 per chair at a place in Salem for chiavari chairs.

I was also quoted at $8 a chair in Salem... was it the Hawthorne Hotel?

I called a bunch of places and for garden chairs it was $4-$4.20/chair.  Samsonite chairs are $2/each, but they are somewhat flimsy plastic folding chairs.

I should have clarfied - we are renting both chairs but my question was towards outdoor garden like chairs. ebigalow - where did you get that quote from? Thanks

Seems normal to me.  The Samsonite would be cheaper, but they are definitely not as nice as the white wooden garden chairs.

Festive Occasions in Woburn was $4 for garden chairs (actually that was for green garden chairs - the white ones may be slightly more). 

Peterson Party Center in Winchester were $4.20. 

Camelot Special Events & Tent Co. in Wakefield is $4.

Seacoast Tent Rentals in Plaistow, NH is $4.20 I think.

They all have different delivery and setup fees depending on where you need them, so definitely consider that when pricing everything out.

i got chiavari chairs for $5.50 a chair ... so it seems like you got a good price. We just dont know what chairs you got though.. if its out doors are they folding chairs?

where did you get chiavari chairs for $5.50, I can't seem to find anything under $7.50, thanks!
