I remember reading in your bio that you used Dan's chocolates as favors. What was your experience with them? How far in advance did you order? I want to order early and assemble my boxes so it's done but I don't want the chocolate to melt or ruin.

Hey sorry, just saw your post.  I didn't have anywhere to store all of the boxes, so I assembled my favors pretty close to the wedding date.  My wedding was 6/27 and I ordered the chocolates on 6/20 and they were delivered on 6/25.  I'm pretty sure I could choose the delivery date since they send them chilled overnight for all orders (or something like that).  I had a great experience with them and thought the chocolates were delicious.  They also have an option of getting boxes premade, but I just did it myself since it was cheaper, although their price wasn't all that horrific.  If you have any other questions, feel free to contact me eeyore4771 at gmail dot com.  HTH!
