The Villa - East Bridgewater, MA

Hi ladies,

I just booked The Villa at Ridder Country Club in East Bridgewater, MA for my reception in April 2011.  I was wondering if anyone out there has gotten married there recently and if you could share your experience.  Any tips or advice you could pass along??  How was your overall experience.

    I'm booked for October 2011 at the villa....However, I don't know anyone who has gotten married there.  Which room did you choose?  We chose the Madera ballroom.

    I chose the Madera Ballroom as well.  I just loved it when we saw it and nothing else that I looked at even came close.  How has your planning been going so far?

    I am getting married there on Saturday!
    I love the room.. we have the madera ballroom as well.
    So far they have been great to work with... but I will be posting reviews when we return from our honeymoon so keep an eye out for them around the end of October.

    It's good to see that your experiences so far have been good.  I love the "Bible" that they gave me when I signed the contract.  It's a good feeling to know that they know what they're doing cause I sure don't.

    I've also booked The Villa and the Madera Ballroom for April 2011! I love everything about the place so far! I got my "bridal binder" from them yesterday.

    Just booked ours for June  9th 2012! Lots of time to plan! I fell in love with the madera room right when I saw it! Any one know of any pretty Catholic Churches near there?? Unfortunatly I am planning this from Seattle so the internet will be my best friend at scoping things out.

    I also booked the Villa Madera Ballroom for Sept 2011! So far they have been awesome, but I'll be defiantely looking for your reviews mcononico!!!  The Villa is absoutely beautiful.  Did anyone book close by hotels for guests?  I'm thinking Brockton or Rockland...but would love suggestions to closest and easy-to-work with hotels!

    I'm going for a tour at The Villa soon! The pictures are absolutely stunning! Can anyone give me an idea of the cost per plate?
