Hello,

I am looking for a wedding venue on a budget. I want the venue to have accomodations for guests and to be on some type of water. 

If I could bring my own alcohol that would be great! Looking for around $10,000-12,000 for 100-120 people.

Does anyone know of any venues that are like this?

What do you want the 12k to include?  Facility rental, food, alcohol, staff, rentals (tables, linens, chairs, etc)?

FI and I are having our wedding at Bourndale Function Facility in Plymouth MA.  We are having about 100..110 people.  It is on a lake ( they even have a boat that guests can go out on the water during cocktail hour). They provide tables and chairs linens food alcohol for 5 hours ect. We are even having a bon fire after the reception where we can bring our own alcohol and our guests can stay overnight there with breakfast the next morning. We are the only ones that have the venue that day.  Darin the manager is great to answer any questions that you have.  Def worth looking into capefunctions.com

I am having my wedding at the Squantum Yacht Club in Quincy. It's right on the water.  You cannot bring in your own alcohol though.  But you do bring in your own food, linens, plates, etc.  They do provide tables, chairs, and a bartender.
