popular boston wedding bands on this board??

I am searching for a wedding band that is reliable and of course, entertaining.  The trouble I seem to be running across is that I am on a budget for my wedding band of about 3.500 and I can't seem to find a band that is excellent yet still within that budget.  Should I just go with a DJ because of my budget?  Any suggestions would be a big help!

Check out a band called Brandy.  They were going to charge me $3500.  They were very good when we heard them live, but weren't exactly what we were looking for.

Check out the Lisa Love Experience.  I think they were closer to $4,000, but we really enjoyed them when we heard them.
