Recommend Your Photographer-please!

I've had a bit of a photographer crisis.My very reasonably priced, extremely talented wedding photographer (ex of a friend) is awol and we are now scrambling to find someone reasonably priced and available for our JULY 10 wedding. HELP please. Thanks.

    im so sorry this is happening! the girls on here will have tons of recommendations so you will find somebody... we used john loconte from www.johnlophoto.com and I cannot recommend him enough... very reasonable prices although he has gone up since ive met him but definitely worth it and his work is amazing!

    You can try our photographer, Stephanie Viola from morethanmemoriesphotography.com.  We thought her prices were reasonable.  I have heard alot of good things about Kevin Jacobus as well ( I think that is how you spell his name).  July might be hard though, since it is so close to that date I am sure there are alot of photographers already booked.  GL

    Another vote for Kevin Jacobus.  I would guess he's not available, and I can also say positive things about his associate Nicolaus, who also shot at our wedding day.  He does a 2 or 3 other associate photographers though.  His prices are reasonable, and he's fantastic to work with.

    We are using Anthony Tieuli - he makes the most gorgeous albums, he's reasonably priced, and he has no time limit, which is huge - he is 'there for as long as there is a story.' He's the best.

    I don't understand, you booked a photographer before you have booked a venue? I would strongly recommend waiting to book other vendors until you have secured a venue and a date (you never know, you might end up having to change your date if the venue you love is already booked).

    The Photographer has no bookings on that weekend and so far, none of the venues we are talking to either.  We are very set on the date and will make it work.  Thanks for the heads up though!

    that totally sucks about your photographer. Take a look at my photographer: Connie Miller of Studio Atticus (www.studioatticus.com).  Her style is definitely more photo-journalistic and she really is fabulous to work with.
