Spray tanning

Hello ladies,

I need a good rec for a spray tan in the boston/north shore area (though I'd be willing to go as far south as Milton/Braintree/Quincy). I'm having my e-pics done next weekend and I don't want to be my pasty white self. I've never had it professionally done before (I don't think having FI spray me down in our bathroom counts lol) so I'm nervous about going to just any ole salon and looking like I just rolled around in a bag of doritos :o)

    I have gone to Glow in Braintree twice now for airbrush tanning and I will say I LOVE it.  I am very fair skinned, and am happy with the results.  The girls there are absolutely great and it is not bad in price.  $40.  I would go and give it a test run.  GL

    Oh side note, if you do, it is all about the exfoliation!  I would get the scrub and go into the shower and do not turn the water on, rub all over especially hands feet kneed and elbows and then rinse..almost like sandpaper lol.  HTH

    I can second Glow in Braintree - you can't beat their pricing...definitely get it done by hand - there's less streaking and be careful of wearing white / light colored clothing, sometimes the color bleeds when you sweat...GL!

    I will 3rd Glow in Braintree... I was going there weekly all last summer. Also, I had a great experience at the Kingsbury Club in Kingston.  It was more of a "spa" type atmosphere then Glow... they dry you off then put baby powder around your elbows and knees (and maybe face? I can't remember)... so that if you do sweat it isn't all sticky feeling on your.. really nice!

    Body Rituals on the Malden/Medford line is awesome!  Its air brush and looks so natural.  I'd recommend going once before just to see how you fade.  Everyone is different.

    Thanks girls! I had a friend on the SS recommend Glow too -- looks like I'll have to check it out.

    fourthing Glow!  Ask for Jamie - she's great!  Definitely get a test run...not sure if it's just me, but every fake tanning product I've tried makes me smell starchy...?
