Anyone know of a talented and reasonably priced dressmaker? I stopped in at the one I usually go to for alterations, etc and she's closed! I'm looking to have my gown hemmed, and dresses made for my 2 bridesmaids and FMIL. I'm in Rockland, but will travel to Westchester, Bergen, etc. Thanks in advance!

    I only have experience with one dress maker, and she is in Pawling.  She made two christening outfits for me (one girl, one boy) out of my wedding dress when I was pregnant.  The outfits came out amazing!  It was a bit frustrating to work with her because it was hard to get her on the phone, and she wasn't ready on time...but she was so reasonably priced, and as I mentioned, the outfits were gorgeous.
