Meeting with the officiant question

FI and I have a Skype meeting with a potential officiant tonight. Other than cost and flexibility with writing/compiling vows, is there anything else you can think of to ask.

A lot of them are open to different kind of rituals, such as the water ritual, unity candle, flower ritual, hand-tying, etc. Just ask what kinds of rituals he offers and to explain what each does.

Ours had a packet detailing each ritual, and we were surprised at all the choices out there.
